Do I have to wear a mask when I come to the office?
Yes, you do. Even though we know that many of you are fully vaccinated, we are following CDC guidance. The CDC recommends that even fully vaccinated individuals remain masked when providing or receiving patient care in a healthcare setting. Remember, no vaccine is 100% effective. We want to keep you, our other patients, and our staff safe and healthy so please BRING A MASK WITH YOU!
We are no longer seeing patients at the window since we will now be checking blood pressure at each visit. So EVERY PATIENT will come inside our office, one at a time in our new "cubbie"! Your appointment may take a couple minutes longer than it has, but we are endeavoring to keep your visit as short as possible still - we know everyone is busy and time is valuable! Our hours are the same: Mon-Thurs 7-945 am and 1215-4 pm.
We are seeing NEW patients, but we will need to speak with you to schedule your first appointment (we DO NOT accept new patients on a walk-in basis). Please call us: 863-688-6051
If you take a non diet medicine, please either call us during normal business hours or leave a message with your name, the medication name, what pharmacy you want it called in to, and your phone number and we will call a refill in to your pharmacy.

We do NOT have an after hours emergency line since the majority of our patients come for diet related issues. If you have a medical emergency or need medicine during the hours we are closed, please call 911, or go to an Urgent Care, Minute Clinic type of office, or the Emergency Room.
